BFA dungeon runs - forced to accept no loot or take a 30 min deserter

That isyour choice these days as most people skip the first boss and go straight to the end.

I am now stuck in 39 item level wepons and gear cos most runs people force you to go to the end boss and that is it.

So why should i have to take a 30 if people want to force this on you?

Why?

You are not forced to run dungeons you can also quest and get your gear

That instance where you wipe a few or many times untli all manage to pass and run to last boss right?
Ye i do not queue for that ever when i realized what is going on.
Go to Chromie and change the timeline to other expansiosn and do those.
Also you can do quests solo which is fine and noone will bother you.And also see the storyline of that expansion.

New and returning players can only queue for BfA dungeons. There is no Chromie time until they’ve got one character to 50.

Otherwise yes there is always the option to swap but we have several dungeons were people skip a boss or don’t clear the full dungeon. It always causes clashes between those that just want to do it all and those that just want the completion XP.

The simple solution would be to divide the XP over the bosses available and only having a small amount for completion.

Even a separate queue for “casual / beginner / chill / full completion” (call it whatever) would be nice for new players and those willing to help them out.

I think that will just cause problems with queues and the time it takes to get into groups.

Maybe, but consider the fact that there’s so few BFA dungeons, so the people queuing for it would only be split between them, not the whole pool.

Also, I think a 30 minute queue with a satisfying run would be preferrable for most people compared to a short queue where they don’t enjoy the experience.

Not sure, would need some opinions from actual beginners, but when I came back to the game in Legion after a long break, I definitely would have preferred slower, complete runs.

The amount of dungeons get higher depending on the level you are. At the start it indeed feels like there is only freehold and AD. But i think all BFa dungeons are in the pool except the max level ones like siege, KR and mechagon.

My preference, even as a more experienced player, to just do all bosses in freehold.

How dare the majority impose their will on the minority.

Who cares about your weapon level? If you get one now you’ll replace it soon anyway…

Blizzard should allow new players to queue for Vanilla dungeons too, not only for BFA dungeons. It allows those players to experience more variety of dungeons because Vanilla has 2 or 3 times the number of dungeons BFA has, and also those ones are better for new players because in most of them people don’t skip bosses so much.

BFA dungeons are not appropriate for new players due to how old players have learned to optimize it too much when it was available in Mythic+. Vanilla dungeons, ones that have never been part of Mythic+ or any other competitive timed run are more appropriate.
