I’m thinking of buying the BFA expansion, but i noticed this include a lvl 110 boost, does this also include the expert/master riding? and all of the other riding skills?
I believe you get 280% riding, maybe 310% I can never remember but the FAQ will tell you this. Did you think of checking there first? Maybe even doing a “Warcraft 110 boost” google search?

Your character will also receive the Artisan Riding skill and the ability to fly in all flight-enabled zones, except those gated behind an achievement (such as Pathfinder). If you didn’t have any flying mounts, you’ll receive a basic one.
