Anyone else noticed how invasions in BFA tend to be the crap end of midnight OR doing middle of the day where people are working? From today sun the 23 and to Sun the 30 there are ONLY one Invasion that falls within EU prime time.

If all of them were set in the prime gaming hours of the day then there’d be others, who can’t play during those hours (due to night shifts and whatnot) who’d consistently miss out.
With how long they last and how little time it takes to complete them then you’d really have to be unfortunate to always miss out, even if they aren’t set during “optimal” gaming hours.

Your argument falls abit flat when one notices that only ONE invasion is in prime time… Also its not many whom works night most people DO walk day shifts and as such most of those invasions falls with in periods where most people are not around.
They pretty much work the same way Legion assault worked. So you have 4 over the course of 3 days, each one in the different quarter of the day. If you have very regular schedule you should be able 1 or 2 during those 3 days. They are also quite short you can do it in like 15 minutes.
isnt the irony that we’re all posting at 4am (UK).
but i do agree, the timing of these, like invasions before them is not greatly thought out. because they are on an automated rotation, i am not sure whats the best way to resolve it. just plucking out of thin air, half the spawn time, but also half the duration time?

Well Vin. I am an insomnia so I am on at random times… Still even I tend to miss most of the insanely early or late night invasions which seems to be where most of them spawn… And yeah cut the up time in half and the trigger time in Half as well would mean more people have a chance of getting them done… The down side though is that it would also make the reward waaay to OP ilvl wise since it would be more easy to get it all

its pretty obvious at this point that you are not supposed to be able to do every single one of them every day.
welll today you will have invasion and 19 , tomorrow at 14 so there are 2 that you can do without problem

i agree with you. maybe it just looks so bad cause so far they have all been at rubbish times since release, and cause everything else going wrong atm in the game. over time, they probably will balance out more. by then however we prob wont want them like in legion. except maybe that its the only way to get the new currency so meh. i myself have only been able to catch them 3 times so far, two of which were right at the end so i barely had time to do it on my main. the 3rd time i had enough time to do it on 5 toons. but even then 1 wq was broke, and another was ui bugged (nazmir). i shouldn’t be awake this time either but i tend towards being a night owl when i have nothing to do in the day.
I believe the schedule is like a 7 hour incursion and a 12 hour gap; so every 19 hours is the start of one. This ensures they rotate throughout all times of the day over the course of time to ensure ALL types of players get to participate.

i believe you are right. it just looks so bad atm cause where we are in the rotation is the worst spot and doesn’t help cause its a brand new feature.
