Where can I queue for BFA’s LFR raids? I have a few pieces of transmog from them I want to grab.

Not a queue anymore, you need to use the “premade groups” section, and go to “Raids - Legacy”

I know it’s not a queue anymore, but does this allow you to solo an LFR raid?

Yeah, I wanna do bfa lfr for sure. The transmog I wanna get can be obtained only throgh eternal palace lfr. WHERE IS IT. GIVE IT TO ME PLEASE.
