In WoW Legion I was more than able to buy the old season’s armor skins (and in WoD weapon skins too). Though I’ve searched through for a PvP vendor that could let me buy the PvP armor & weapon skins with marks of honor from the Dread Gladiator season. I’ve found nothing so far. (With only the elite sets being disclaimed as being ‘limited time sets’)
Does anyone know where this NPC is? And more importantly, if it exists?
Nothing came up on wowhead when I searched, so I just don’t know.

I’ve also looked around as well I do lack some bits here and there I’d like to have.
Especially the halberd and one handed mace, quite sure many others are also lacking pieces. From the Illusive dread aspirants as well on top of that.
I currently have x97 marks of honor and I’d love to use them on the previous season.
I concur! The current system could be better.
