Bfa raids with lvl 70?

so how does it look like body1 and body2, can it be solo farmed now or still not?

no it cant be solo farmed. you need at laest 5 ppl tank/heal/dps with hc raid gear

Normal can obviously be soloed once you are 400 + ilvl.

The scaling is broken so everything is skewed in old content again.

Yes. it is extremely buggy. in sl with lvl 10 i have 10 lvl opponents and then suddenly lvl 60?
the same is with bfa quests. there i have lvl 50 opponents and then suddenly lvl 60 again?

For mythic you prob need to wait at least season 3 or even end of DF when you will have 500+ ilvl.

I think the pattern is (eve of new expac):

Dungeons - previous expac (right now, BfA)
Raids - two previous expac (Legion)

I might be wrong, though
