When I go solo as 70lvl in Heroic and Mythic mode enemies are 45-50lvl
But weird “normal” mode had 60lvl enemies. Bugged?
No. Heroic and Mythic don’t scale up. BFA’s unique in that it was the “leveling expansion” for newbies so it was scaled to 60 with dragonflight. Endgame there did not get that treatment though.
