guess i got systematically screwed. was hoping to yank that last 10k honor for rank 5 before the weekly reset, but thanks to whatever you guys did to the queue, i literally cannot get into a bg.
that being said; yeah i could just join a group since that seems to be the only way to get in. god forbid you even attempt to solo queue.

Been like this since they “fixed” premades…
So for a long time
They should disable premade period. Just give rbg or something to those who pretend “but i wanna play with my friends!”.
Currently as Alliance i only face full or semi premades as solo. 100% of the time. It is actually worse than p1 before their fix, which was active in p2 but must be broken in p3 for some reason, as horde solo players should always get faster queue than premades.
Needs to get fixed. Facing two fiveman premades every wsg sucks.

Blizzard tries to change the matchmaking algorithm to prevent premades from pubstomping pugs. Result: horde is only allowed to enter as premades.

I dont get how Blizzard prioritizes pre-made groups over solo queuers. If anything it should be the other way around.
Alliance is pretty much solo queuers only, so match them with Horde solo queuers asap and give them a fast queue.
Have the premade groups match each other and have them wait as long as it takes to find an opposing premade group.
Easy as that. That way it won’t be Solo Q Alliance vs. Premade Horde all day long, which is stupidly unabalanced matchmaking.
Honestly the SoD team has shown its incapability of fixing bugs like homunculi griefing with neutral guards since P1 so I don’t think it’s that easy for them.
Or camp ashenvale and get 10k in 2-3h
i only had 3 hours total after the reset to get 10k honor. i needed to get into bgs to achieve this goal, but thanks to queue being dog i did not.
