Something has to be done asap because bg’s became total joke.
AV Horde side : Every single horde player is in ally base,we dont own mid bunkers,i am the only one defending both bunkers inside ally base.Everyone else is waiting for somemiracle to happen and bunkers on mid to burn on their own.
At the end of the game,we lost naturally,but people who were afk whole time and who did literally nothing gained 250 honor.
People like that would rather lose 10 bg’s and earn 2500 honor because their mentality is : All i have to do is to stand and do nothing. Rather than investing some actual effort to win game.
Blizzard when you are going to STOP rewarding 0 effort?
and their afk mentality continues in rated bg
seems now 0 effort team in rated bg=reward 72 honor
there is another issue ppl join as heal but swap dps(holy switch to ret)
it was why the half russian team in peaks rated almost won
there is only 1 ret spot in the teams dont need a second
Rated games would be filled with even much much worse people than atm.
Forums of other games that have solo queue are filled with complains about people who afk,who leave intentionally,and people who leech.
I get it,in order to learn how to play,you actually need to play,but don’t ask for solo queues because only reason one would even ask for it is to leech and to benefit of other people’s effort.
Remove honor gained for losing games,that would change games in massive way,and more people would put some effort into game.
Yes, people got to stop skipping objectives, and like 20-25 hordes standing outside Vandar yelling like apes “go pull boss now go go go pull boss gooooooo bossssssssssssssss” while having 2 bunkers destroyed and the 2 other bunkers being poorly neglected while rogue from alliance easily cap it, then they all wonder why we lost everything down south.
Learn how rated solo queue works. You perform - you go up and get teammates (and enemies) who perform. You slack - you go down and get teammates (and enemies) who slack.
With solo queue, people who slack will be separated from people who perform. It’s NOW that they are all mixed up. Solo queue makes this aspect MUCH better. This is also, coincidentally, its main purpose.
As a casual PvP player I’m very sad of BG’s they are not playable cause no power brekets (ilvl, average damage/heal etc…) and Cause BG’s is just honor farm. In case honor farm we have these AFK people. And I think WoW need some kind of a Personal progress features. Cause now it’s a JOKE! Agree with you and feel your frustration.
That would be unfair towards people who actually do try,but that’s the only way to punish people who join bg and afk watching youtube or twitch.
I can assure you,after 10 lost games and 0 honor with 3 hours wasted,they would start doing objectives in bg’s.
Not many people know,but WG is much better if you attack,because you can win in literally 7 minutes.
Issue in WG is people being late for main fight.Every time i check map when we attack,there’s at least 10 people still in starting zone,half of us going right,so we are only 20 vs all of them,that’s the reason why we can win single wg when attacking.
AV,no one seem to care about bunkers,everyone rush to ally base,without even defending bunkers that are 20 yd away from them.They all afk infront of Vandar’s hall and wait for some miracle to happen.
People cap stuff and they think that’s it,my work is done here.They would rather afk inside ally base than stand for 5 minutes until bunkers burn down.
Ashran,well there’s not much to say about that one,except im still waiting to kill boss,for months.
No complains there because bg is really brainless with 0 effort put into creating it.
