Bg’s are so unbalanced, it’s not even funny blizzard need to check the faction winrating. During about 15 hours in BG’s over 3 days, I won about 3 games. with an expectation for only a few games here and there that were close, the rest of them Horde runs over Aliance.
Would love to see the official numbers across the board of Win % for both factions.
From what I can tell the difference is that Horde have shamans. They have it all to win group battles and solo fight with slows (earthbind at range)/ imunity to slows, To top it off all the specs has the burst to oneshot anyone and the healing a enhancement shaman insane.
It was bad during phase2 but now during Phase3 its no point in doing BG’s after getting rank 7. Hope things will be change at 60 but i doubt it.
I have always been a Horde player, but this time I was forced by some friends to play Alliance, and it feels like the worst mistake ever.
anyone that reads anything after this is a better man than me, kids have really grabbed onto this buzz word of the moment, I’ll use on of the kids older buzz words to discribe this one cringe
People are like parrots , “skill issue” bawk polly want a cracker
Yeah nothing wrong with pvp, want one of this dude crackers?
Its because alliance players were always bad at PvP, even in the open world they run away or have no idea what they are doing, horde always has the pvpers
You need to play outside of peak hours, office hours have the best winrate for alliance and in my experience it’s over 50%.
During peak hours however horde tends to have very long queue time. They can bypass the queue completely by exploiting the broken matchmaking algorithm and tagging as small teams of 5 players or less.
If you look carefully you will see horde constantly having 3-4 teamleaders with their pocket healers while alliance is just a big stack of solo queuers. This is more than enough to tip the scales in their favor. Add shamans on top of that…
Not at all, it was very balanced at the start of P2.
Biggest cope. Shamans are the least of your problems. Skill issue is alliance’s problem
You have paladins which are one of the best classes for spinning flags. They can delay their death with bubble and LoH for long enough that the entire team arrives to clean house. And alliance has a minimum of 3 paladins per BG.
Learn to split push bases, learn that having BS does not guarantee you a victory, learn how to defend, learn to call. And most important of all, learn not to give up like little plebs
Welcome to playing against the faction with generally better pvpers and longer queue times.
Horde players know that unless they group up the queues will take much longer and that’s a massive incentive to coordinate and play well to not waste time, the same thing happened back in 2019 Classic release
Regardless. On my ret it’s not that bad, I still get around 40% win rate during EU primetime. The problem is that the vast majority of Alliance players will always blame literally anything except themselves for why they lose ABs. It’s always racials, shamans or paladins but never the fact that half the team is mentally impaired and doesn’t defend flags or call incs.
Play 10 AB games and return here to tells how many out of 10 does the horde survive direct confrontation with alliance at blacksmith, in the middle of the map, and not end up being beaten and respawned in base before they capture the farm.
If what you say is true and shamans were that OP, we would capture blacksmith 100% of the games. Like stated in a different topic, issue is that alliance AFK to defend blacksmith in large numbers, is not about horde having the upper hand since they always lose BS early.
How can horde be the overpowered faction and still lose first fight 100% of the time ? (More like 99.9% - I can only remember one game in which we won BS early and that was maybe out of 100+ games)
If 99 out of 100 games the horde goes to blacksmith early and respawn in base after losing direct confrontation, are they really the overpowered faction ? Or is that cope ?
