Any chance to buff the rate that Eadweard Dalyngrigge gives out objectives to players.
Mysterious Fragments are too rare too, last dig gave out only ~100 and you need 238k to get all mog etc
The items from the vendor can also drop from the event caches, so its unlikely you will have to buy all the items. Simmilar to how Time rifts worked.
Additionally you get 5000 fragments from the weekly quest.
