BIG fixes for BFA PVP WW NEEDED

First off to me i am Cutiepie i main Windwalker since the middle of MOP and i am trying to gonna explain you how to fix WW for BFA PVP since it needs a huge overhaul badly in many scenarios.

I reached 3.1k in 2v2 and around 2.7k in 3s got glad in first season of legion b4 i quitted, some know me also as 2s Tryhard, but in the end i mastered Windwalker almost to perfection and can play it flawlessly in every bracket (2s/3s/rbg)
So i try to "bless lul" you with my suggestions and fixes how it has to be done in my sight. Personally.

Ill go first with overall changes and then to the fixes.

I did already a thread for whole 2 hours but our good old forums deleted the whole post on i spent 2 hours for nothing so ill be quicker and the post won't be that long because i explained and was basically studying every fix i would do for Windwalkers in BFA right now to improve it and im tilted right now.

1. Pruning:

WW actually got pretty decent off with the Pruning hammer this time like it was in Legion but now our actually MOST important spells got REMOVED.

Healing elixirs
This one a part of our defensive makes us especially squishy now and makes Windwalker feel dull and dumb to play there was no reason behind to remove it at all because it didn't make any sense expect damaging the windwalker specc this removal is also a big part of why we feel so weak right now in defensive because losing a 30% heal on a 1 minute cd with having even the chance to time it right with smaller portion of heals (15%) makes Windwalker more vulnerable than a Mage without Armor.

Strike of the Windlord
This one is actually not a huge loss because we got even if its cheap and low a replacement for that spell i won't miss it that much because it also just lasted 1 expansion but it also feeled satisfying and good to press because it felt like having Tigereye Brew again for the amounts of damage Strike did.

Fists of Fury Stun
At this point i don't get it anymore. Blizzard knew it would destroy windwalkers and then removing it without any replacement is poor and horrible balancing.
It is a core ability of the Windwalker specc since MOP and it wasn't ever a problem since then it is like removing Moonfire for Druids. Windwalker feels due to this change now absolutely horrible to play and it has to change asap in 8.1 if possible no IT HAS.

Other than that there's nothing WW had to fear of the prune hammer.

2. Gameplay
Sorry but Windwalker feels awkward, unfinished and terrible to play in PvP but also somewhat in PvE there are huge changes needed i will list below later.
Blackout Kick overnerfed and Fists of Fury not even worth using in PvP is a huge Problem. Apart from that you feel like you are just somewhat not even a worse Warrior right now and just a blackout kick and tigerpalm spam specc which is not healthy at all despite it making our mastery also useless in PvP.

Utility, CC and Mobility/Self healing removal makes playing Windwalker now self questionable as why would i play Windwalker now and not Arms Warrior when it does spam everything better has better survivability better utility and better damage?
I play against players and i basically have to work for to do damage while they do huge amounts damage of AI controlled things and spammable instant damage this is not fair in any case. Meanwhile i am thinking "HELLO WHAT DID ACTUALLY DAMAGE ME??" "WHY IS THEIR HEALTH BAR NOT DROPPING BUT MINES??" WW is like not even anymore feared when you see a WW you instantly think of an freewin and thats bad.

3. Mobility

Flying Serpent Kick travel flight reduced by 25%
Transendence CD increased to 45 Seconds

I mean at that point i dont get blizzard serious anymore this were like with FOF Stun removal the most useless fixes you could have done in World of Warcraft.

Transendence being now such on a high CD makes it almost feel crippling and useless and makes our defensive much worse so there are huge fixes needed.
Meanwhile FSK nerf is not that huge and noticeable so it can stay.

4. CC
Paralysis CD Increased to 45 seconds
Leg Sweep CD increased to 1 minute
FoF stun completly removed.

At this point this also hurts our defensive and utility ESPECIALLY our utility, i don't literally know what to say to these changes it's so useless and unneeded big fixes has to come to either to them.

First off every fix i am suggesting is thought-out and somewhat reasonable and i can clearly say i am not biased at that point. THIS are serious fixing needed.

Healing Elixirs has to come back as Spell and BASELINE for Windwalkers because it did hurt our Self defensive mindlessly horribly and makes Windwalker wayyyy to squishy there was literally no reason for the removal since it's also a core part of every monk specc especially Windwalkers and Mistweavers.

Strike of the Windlord can stay for my sake removed it did actually only add problems in Legion because of it very high Burst damage.

Fists of Fury Stun has to come back THERES NO reason that you removed it IT IS A CORE PART OF WINDWALKERS only with Fists of Fury Stun they can remain viable without being turned into a damage bot and nobody wants that I want a hybrid Windwalker with high skill cap and more utility than any other meele because that was what ww always offered in return of having lower damage.

2. Fixing

So into this i have to go a bit deeper with raw number tunings first:

Rising Sun Kick damage increased by 20%
Blackout Kick damage increased by 25%
Fists of Fury damage increased by 30% (with stun brought back only increased by 10%)
Chi Wave damage increased by 60%, Healing decreased by 25%
Crackling Jade Lightning damage increased by 150%
Xuen Damage increased by 30%
Rushing Jade wind damage increased by 50% for primary target.
Tiger Palm damage increased by 120% or energy reduced to 40
Whirling Dragon Punch damage increased by 15%
Touch of Death damage decreased by 40% (got fixed already)
Touch of Karma damage decreased by 25% (Getting fixed)
Meridian Strikes now only increases up to 50% of damage from Touch of Death (16k increase in PvP=8K increase) (Fixed already)

I said already WW should trade more utility survivability and mobility for lower damage but it's damage right now is way WAY too low without having a good burst cd so we will be heading with these changes to a much more sustainable WW and less bursty WW which i think was always the best for WW.

Rising Sun kicks damage is way too low for it being our hardest hitting ability it hits for around 8-10k with it being on a 10 second CD and requiring resources
Blackout kick hits for roughly 2k right now in PvP way way too low
Tiger Palm doing 500 hits is like a joke increasing it by 120% will make it still doing less than 2k damage per use.
Chi Wave should feel more like MoP in it's prime so an increase in damage is the best step there.
Xuen and Jadewind are really underwhelming for being our damage talents it had to be increased.
Crackling Jade Lightning having such a high resource cost and doing basically no damage is a shame with an 150% increase it will still do around 2-3k damage per tick but for a cost of 20 energy per second it's a fair trade and ww could use such a range spell for finishing or when getting kited.
Fists of Fury being our strongest ability hitting with only 3k per tick is very very really low it had to be increased. With a stun built in the damage is fine though but still a bit underwhelming so the 10% buff.

Other than that Talent changes must happen:
Good Karma baseline
Tiger Tail sweep removed and made baseline to Legsweep
Ring of Peace weakened to 3 seconds place time but every person in it gets also silenced and disarmed for 4 seconds

2 new and interesting placements added for the 60 tier.

3. Fixing

Mobility or aka utility is actually fine as it is after all the changes listed above but needed changes are also needed there:
Transendence reduced to 30 Seconds but it also heals for 15% of your health over 5 seconds.
Eminence cd reduction increased to 10 seconds
Roll and flying serpent kick now remove all snare effects upon use.
New interesting honor talent added.

This is enough of a fix for mobility.
Trading a honor talent for a lower cd than it was before the nerf is a good balance strategy because it still feels like you won in that case and makes the honor talent much more interesting to use. But maybe the Heal needs a nerf to 10% but testing is needed in that case.

4. Fixing

Paralysis CD reduced to 25 seconds CD
Fists of Fury stun brought back of course like already said
Legsweep reduced to 50 seconds CD like mentioned above

This are reasonable fixes for CC departments because Paralysis being on 45 second CD is way too high for this fast paced specc it makes no sense and reduces utility effectivity survivability and lets say basically weakens WW in every part in PvP.
25 Seconds is a more reasonable nerf.

I hope Blizzard reads this because it has to be read and changes has to happen soon every WW i knew stopped playing this specc because it feels lackluster so please share your opinions and thoughts and prove my wrong at any point if you have to ill be glad to answer you.

Let's hope for better Windwalking times.

It's good to see more threads appearing, but I'm not sure how much Blizzard actually cares about this feedback since they didn't mention anything any future WW changes.

Seriously, that would be amazing if that was what monk was.. I always sit there waiting for energy because the spec is just disjointed. I really love monk, but there is little to no point if you are looking for a fluid spec. Still, we need to make sure bliz knows that monk is fked right now so it can be fixed in 8.1
I agree 100% with you.
At this point i don't understand blizzard anymore. They destroyed the least played class for pvp. If some of these fixes don't happen this spec will dissapear from pvp. Maybe this is what blizzard want. I'm very dissapointed by the pvp dev team, and the fact that they lie when they say they hear and listen what their community have to say.
I've been posting form time to time in hoping for a zen flight improvement to make it act like a slow fall or glide when im combat or bgs but i think they didn't even read the posts.

WW sure feels weird, but dmg wise I'm doing 35k-50k rising sun kicks 4 times during serenity. That's 200k quick mafs. WW became a little bit more mobile but squishier warriors. I don't approve, but don't go around saying WW is bad. They're extremely strong for damage reason.

BUT that's not why we play WW. We want control and self healing/defensives back. Only redeeming quality is that ring of peace is really fun and kind of skillful to use.

I already said i had to rewrite it again and was too lazy to put in much effort in making commas it's yet not awful written like i expected if you want i can add some commas later to this post but if this will change anything not sure.

Also i don't get why i can't edit my post always when i press save nothing happens these forums are really old and needs a rework too they should make them like the OW forums already. I literally can't edit some of the nonsense i wrote in there and so i can't edit the commas also mr paladin.

And character limit is still open i mean i have the same wall of text in my thread in the Class development forums normally if i copy that it should go flawless over but nothing happens i had also to rewrite this 3 times already because the forums !@#$ up something it's really aids to post something here.
