Big rend scam from blizzard

Hi i just wondered and tried all day
Rend : Increases critical damage you deal to the enemy by %10 .
And i tried on dummy 100 hit with rend and without rend .
I got max %28.4 crit overall without rend
I got [max] %16 crit with rend .
How ? Rend like decrease my crit %10 ??
i tried 6 times 100 hit with rend didnt get more than %16 crit …
Without rend 3 times tried didnt get even below than %24 crit
Is this a bug ?

Rend doesn’t increase your crit % it increases the damage you do with crits. If you want to test rend buff then do it by casting overpower or slam, since condemn damage varies based on rage.

Tried slam now 200 hit
with rend %9.0
without rend %9.3
like same . Rend crit strike is scam

You can’t read English? It doesn’t increase your crit, it doesn’t say it increases your crit.

It increases crit DAMAGE not crit CHANCE.

Lol it was funny to read ^^ however i am curious if Rend is a dps increase in raid, Icy veins says so, have anyone tried it in raid?

I tried a build with rend. Generally it’s annoying to apply and execute builds are plain better so Rend is fun but useless imo.
