Bigger Dungeon Pool?

Yay or nay ? would you prefer if dungeon pools got doubled for example with more legacy and current expansion dungeons?

There is certain number of dungeons and if you double seasonal pool that means same dungeons will appear more often.

Nay from me. Maybe ten instead of eight but no more than that.

Yes, it should be at least 10 like in BFA 8.0-8.2.
8 gets old pretty soon. Its a lame number as well. Let it be round 10.

Sometimes I actually miss 7.3.5 dungeon pool with that 13 dungeons. It literally did not fit in a line and needed a second row in the m+ interface lol.

Now with the score system being sprayed right into the face of even the most casual ppl, I am sure it would cause all kinds of meltdowns over the score, but without the scoring and with Legion’s relatively casual m+ system, it was good imo.

I would rather have better dungeon design and no dungeons with 3 bosses. 4-5 is good
Also, the map should be unique instead of using the world map location.

The game should look better with time, but wow goes downward. And people comply (I guess the people who were not happy with the game direction actually left and only compliers are left playing and defending). Can’t even compare quality of dungeons to BFA and SL.

Current dungeons look rushed and uninteresting (apart from DFC, Dawnbreaker (need one more boss tho) FG and City of threads). But even they are worse than any SL dungeons.

They also should add more cosmetics, mounts and pets to the loot too.

I believe that 12 dungeons is “ideal”, but with the twist of changing enemy layout every time a dungeon is reintroduced in a season, so that it’s not the same exact enemy placement. For example:

  • Season 1: We have Rookery at its default layout
  • Season 2: We have Rookery, except the 2nd boss doesn’t exist, but there are lieutenant-type enemies scattered throughout the dungeon that didn’t exist in Season 1
  • Season 3: We don’t have Rookery
  • Season 4: We have Rookery, but the 1st boss doesn’t exist and we have again quite a few lieutenant-type enemies scattered but at different locations and numbers than in Season 2

That way we can have repeating dungeons but they would not feel the exact same.

yay, imo!

i’d be up for more than 8, but not too much. 10 is nice, maybe 12. no more than that though as it has already been pointed out before, too much in this case would promote very early repetition.

this one! oh i’d so love this one. even 8 would be enough if this was the case. i am always in support of revitalizing repeated content in different ways, maybe theme it around the ‘events’ going on at the time.

i would like to see more dungeons designed like this similar to waycrest manor where certain corridors can be open when you go in other closed these changes routes etc

That’s also a great suggestion since it changes the layout, but the layout should be static during a season (and change only between seasons). The challenge in M+ should not be subject to RNG placement of path openings.
