Bind Mouser 4 (thumb button) as alternative for Mouse 2

My mouse 2 buttons is starting to wear out and this why it sometimes fail. Was wondering, how you bind alternative to it?

Edit: Yeah got it done via Razer Synapsis

Mouse software should be able to do that depending on what kind of mouse you have.
