Bind on account buffs

Hi all,

Is there an addon or a weakaura that tracks all the bind on account “buffs” for alts? I don’t want to make the same mistake again, buying 2 times the same buff with no visual feedback that “was already used/bough”

AS example: I bough Research Report: Relic Examination Techniques and is still visible to me in WoW UI when I visit Roh-Suir.

So I wanted to track all BoA buffs somehow…
