BIS Trinkets for resto

Hi. I see what every other website tells us about trinkets, but I wonder, is it really 1kheal/second (from broodkeeper’s promise) worth more than 2k crit (from voidemnder’s shadowgem) used exactly on a flourish ramp? Maybe in m+ it makes sense, since flourish has effect on only 5 ppl, but in raids?
PS: Even flask of the solemn night seems strong, with that ~2000 haste for 20 seconds, tho that is random and can’t really control the benefit of it.

In my opinion in depends what situations you are in and what your team setup is.

In a raid where you have Disco priests and Holy pallys the Heal/sec is more worth it, let the other two deal with bursts.

In M+ it depends what dungeons you are doing, the safest bet is having heal/sec as Rdudu just works better with HoT uptime.

The thing is, the description was not that accurate. While laying in vault, the brood trinket said ~1100 heals/second. I took it and went straight to rasza, put it on a dk tank. It healed me for 2909 and healed dk for 2922/sec, plus 122 versa for each (vs ~90 as is was described). With this number, the trinket is waaay better than any of the above.
Now I wonder if the alacritous alchemist stone also has different stats than described. I kept avoiding it, since it has no permanent primary stat increase, only has haste and some proc. But I probably will make one and hopefully I will have a pleasant surprise with the final output.

Correct.
Plenty off ppl have been reporting this, but somehow they just don’t want to change it?

Tooltip seems inverse
From 411 Heroic Version
If close it gives both 122 Vers + 1379 HP/s
If far it gives both 72 Vers + 3223 HP/s

That tooltip is correct afaik.
It has around 25-30% uptime on it’s primary statt increase.
It is a very good trinket.

why is 1079 intellect for 25-30% of time better than a regular ~450 intellect all the time (plus a ~2 min cd)?

There is no “better”, its a choice you make.

If there is a scary fight and I want to guarantee a lot of a healing in a small window of time I’ll take an on use trinket.
A proc trinket may or may not be up in that small window of need.
