As a mount collector that has spent months and years collecting specific mounts, I am getting increasingly upset seeing these mounts appear in the black market auction house. Why should some gold booster be able to just buy them ?
I think its understandable to sell mounts that are not available in the game anymore, although its only the gold boosters that can afford them. But to sell mounts that are still available in game is a real knife in the back.
Why shouldnât they? Just because it makes you feel bad?

Why should it take person A, months and years to collect something when person B can just buy it ? If it is still available in game they should have to grind it as well.
It also devalues the achievement. In the past if you saw someone on galleon or solar spire hawk you would be impressed. Nowdays you just think they just bought it on the BMAH.
By your rationale gold boosters should just be able to buy anything they want and bypass all the time and hard work.
Because you donât âjust buy itâ. It can take months and years for a particular mount to be on sale on the BMAH. And THEN you have to win the auction.
There is no value in achievements.

Or you can see it the otherway, someone grind it and was rewarded with money for having such âachievementâ.

What ever satisfaction you earned getting those mounts is still there. they wonât have the same satisfaction from buying them.
Those boosters usually take months and years to collect the gold to âjust buyâ those mounts.
Sure, if they buy the gold from the shop, itâs a bit meh - but the ones who organise raids and stuff for gold⌠let them do with their gold what they want.
You make it sound like they are not working hard for their gold⌠when i would argue that carrying someone through dungeons/raids is harder than oneshotting an old raid boss and moving on.
Sincerely, a fellow mount collector who knows how easy it is.
