Hi All! So I noticed something, although stated and confirmed via tickets with GMs the BMH is meant to be for max leveled players only. However I had the joy of bidding against a lvl 10 character for my last tier 3 piece which I found strange. After a back and forth with GMs, they refused to check the logs to confirm who I was bidding against and threatened to suspend my account if I continued the matter.
Considering we all know it will be months before the bug ticket is even acknowledged I wanted to make this situation is common knowledge for all, to make it fair for all players.
So in brief summary, level 70s should be the only ones with access to the BMH, however any level can click on Ms. Xiulan (standing in the center of the room) and bid. Hopefully this gets fixed asap. Have a great day all!
Out of interest, how do you know a lvl 10 was bidding against you? As I didn’t realise there was a way to check the bidder.
I have noticed lvl 10 chars in the room, just hiding and spamming Trade Services.
To start the room shows both WM and WM off so everyone is visible. We were the only ones in the room. Then what made it very obvious was my bids being out bid instantly and then mailboxes being opened by the lvl 10 etc. Additionally Emote taunts etc gave it away further. So I presume it was the lvl 10, however as I said when I asked to confirm this, my account was threatened with a suspension.
Additionally since finding this out, I also clicked on the NPC with my lvl 10 char and I had the option to place bids.

There are other BMAH locations. You can unlock it for your garrison to begin with so nobody can check your total gold from achievements etc. to hide your max bids better.
Could you maybe post a screenshot of this? While if it’s true you can also send in a bug report.
This isn’t my first day playing I know the other locations… but thanks for the input. Bug report already submitted and this is a point out post, I don’t understand why people cant seem to understand that and try it themselves.
Then you know it wouldn’t make sense saying it was only you two using BMAH at the time. I’m just saying that there’s no way you could know there was only you two.
You say it’s not your first day playing but then you make this remark which honestly makes me think it is. Blizzard rarely reads EU forums and when they do it’s just joke posts. Anything serious goes through the bug reports.

Sorry post issue, but yeah this isn’t my opinion about BMH operations. Its how its intended to work confirmed by GMs
I am more interested as to why they threatened to suspend your account?
It’s called a warning, and it’s probably because they insisted on making tickets to ask GMs questions they can’t answer due to privacy laws.
Asking them to confirm that it was indeed a lvl 10 character who is not supposed to be able to access the BMAH is far from violating any privacy laws.
I am also intrigued to why I got that threat haha. I genuinely just asked for them to confirm the bidder so I didn’t waste my time with a bug report. But after testing myself its clearly not working as intended but lets add it to the list I guess! 
I should have been more clear about the GM response!
Lets be honest, there’s a warning and then there’s stating “asking again will result in account suspension” That’s more of a threat to me? haha.
Yea I think you either got a really poorly trained “GM” or they were just in a bad mood. Either way bad representation for customer services.
What is, exactly the bug here? That lower level players can use the BMAH as well?
I personally do not see why it would matter.
it was a change they did in shadowlands, before that that’s not how it worked.
so no its not “confirmed” that’s how it’s supposed to work
