Black screen right after enter the game

When i launch the game, in a few second screen goes black but sound still plays on background. When i alt tab and go back to game again same thing happens. Impossible to play.

My computer is fairly strong for WOW, using Radeon RX 6900 XT.

Help me please.

Can you try
DirectX version can also be changed out of game through the command line arguments in the Battle.net desktop app.

1. With the Battle.net desktop app opened and WoW selected click on Options
2. Select Game Settings
3. Find WoW and check the box for Additional command line arguments
4. In the new box enter the command for the desired DirectX version:

• -d3d11 <-------------- use this
• -d3d12

5. Click Done to save.

Thank you, i have tried that and had same problem.

Fixed my problem by monitor refresh rate, i have ASUS Tuf gaming curved monitor and was using it 120 hz. Now using it 100 hz, problem is solved for now. I have no idea how, just read about it on some forums.
