Black Sheep polly question. :)

I tried Google but couldn’t find an answer, so I hope one of you veteran Mages can enlighten me. It might seem like a trivial question hehe, but I’d love to know anyways.

Do we have the option of changing our polymorph appearences?

I noticed that we sometimes get black sheep, instead of white ones when we polly. And I may be wrong on this, but isn’t the Legion hidden Arcane appearance supposed to allow all our polymorphs to be black sheep?

I have access to the DF beta, and there we can swap our polymorphs so we instead polly enemies into ducks. So I was curious if that is a new mechanic, or if we currently can do it in SL too?

You can buy different Tome of Polymorphs of the auction house and some from quests I believe, like the pig one was from a quest if I remember correctly might be different now.

There is also a black cat one you can buy from dalaran

I also got a turtle from the auction house.

Polymorph

This list covers quite a few of the tomes. Not sure if all of them are here, but it’s a good place to start.

We’re getting a duck one!! Awesome. I remember farming the monkey one in pandaland, polarbear in northrend… cant remember where the porcupine one from. Snake has been removed as far as I know. I found a list in comment sections on wowhead and followed that.

O theres a pig one too, I love turning alliance into swine.

Edit: So I had a look and it seems I may be a bit behind!

Direhorn/Bumblebee - Put together as they are faction specific and change to other if you change faction. Direhorn from Natal’hakata in Dazar’alor and requires revered with Zandalari Empire. Bumblebee sold by Sister Lilyana in Stormsong Valley (by the bee mount stuff) and requires revered with storm’s wake.

Porcupine - Tome drops from porcupines in Pandaria

Pig - From a rare spawn npc, 'The Amazing Zano in legion Dalaran. Spawns every 90mins and wanders round for a little bit.

Black Cat - Off a vendor in Northrend Dalaran called Endora Moorehead in a shop called Magical goods near the citidel. Sells lots of interesting mage stuff but has limited stocks that refreshes every hour or so.

Rabbit - From Noblegarden vendors around Easter time.

Serpent - Removed

Mawrat - Just a Torghast power
