Black Temple seems to be flagged as 10 man and only drops 2 loot items instead of the normal 5-6.
Seems like legacy loot has some sort of problem.
Please check.

Black Temple has been a flex raid ever since they added it as a timewalking raid. That’s how all timewalking raids behave.
If you want blizzard to change it you can send them a suggestion from the help menu ingame or use the general forums.

I’ve been running the BT for the last 2 months 3 times a week, and this has never happened before.
In fact, after I posted this topic and submitted a bug report, the bosses started dropping 4 pieces of loot half way into the instance.
But thanks for the effort anyway
