Black Tuxedo Pants should be usable all year

The Black Tuxedo Pants can only be used during the Noblegarden event, but it would be cool if they were usable all year similar to how the flower crowns from lunar festival are.

They are like the only black pants in the game that could be used for casual/simple transmogs so it would be really nice if you could transmog them all year.

Please make it happen, they aren’t immersion breaking either.

I agree, that it would be great if Black Tuxedo Pants were transmogable all year round. :slightly_smiling_face:
