Tired of being constantly spammed by incessant players who repeatedly sign up to LFG groups after being declined. The ignore feature does not stop them from signing up either. Either fix the ignore feature so they can no longer apply to your listing or give us a blacklisting feature.

I think the problem is that players simply don’t know what they have signed up for previously.
I have an addon that does that for me but the default does not. Although these days people seem to leave you listed until the group times out.

Scenario: I’m applied to 5x +17 and get declied by you hosting one of these, then you relist.
What did you do to help me discern the group that declined me from anonter new group that didn’t decline yet?

You open the panel and apply to several m+, once you got declined you refresh and just apply to several m+ (unfortunately some of those may overlap). Or are you saying that you mentally take note of every group leader in order to avoid to apply twice to the same group?

Pretty much.
My addon shows me who the leader is and i generally take a look at the comp to make sure im a good fit before i apply.
Add all of this up and if i get a decline and then refresh and see the same dungeon at the same level listed in the oast x minutes i dont think its a stretch to connect the dots.
I think a lot of people just blindly sign though. When a group has 4 people and needs a healer and then a dps signs it kinda tells you peoples approach
I think as DPS you can apply to five groups constantly and without an addon you don’t necessarily notice what you’ve signed up for.
If you spend 20-30 mins applying you just don’t remember/notice.

Declined from an old +17.
Therefore applying for a new +17.
If that group declining me had a proper name I would have an chance to see that it’s the same group. Nothing to do with memory.
Just to clarify:
I do look for the leadername and if I got declined I try to remember the leaders name, but sometimes that’s just not feasible. But I also don’t consider delisting or timing out as a decline. That’s the other side of the medal that keyholders have to face when refusing to say “no” to an applicant.
A unique title and whispering you asking you to stop signing up 
Create a dnd and hide the chat window.
That’s something that helps and I do respect that 
But honestly…most groups are just called +18 and that’s it.
An addon does show who declined me and I also respect that.
But hey…delisting and relisting is a new request…
