Blade in Twilight bug

After I complete the quest when I go to Dalaran in the garden next to Antonidas’ statue, Moira and Alonsus are missing. Seems like I am not the only one having this issue. See https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/blade-in-twilight-bug/1907281

I cant abandon the quest either. Shows like they are underwater somewhere, but when I go there nothing is there.

Also having this issue, was wanting to replay a shadow priest with xalatath ahead of the new expansion.

The npc you hand the quest in to is currently stood next to an injured magni for the pre-expac event. Annoying that we currently have a rep buff for legion but can’t start any zones to take advantage of it cause the npc needed to get in to the order hall is locked into the current expansion >.<
