I really hope the droprate is lower, cause else it would be too easy to farm

y they remade it for the seasonal server and still most people will never see it this is very good design

The % was increased in P5 and in SoM, they also increased the ZF swords % for this phase of SoD. Why are the swords allowed to have a higher % but not the dagger when both are rare items?

Because this is melee season and they push SoM ret for alliance so the weapon need to be easily farmable.
My warlock on the other hand need to farm world drop rate dagger from princess or dagger form fel scars. :S
