Blade of Justice not generating 2 HP

Hi, I had noticed a bug with Blade of Justice a while back while farming old raids where if you used BoJ as your first ability when entering combat it will only generate 1 HP, but I didn’t have this problem in any current content so I didn’t think much of it.

But today I was playing a BG, I was in combat and I clearly remember looking at my HP and I had 4, I use Templar’s Verdict (bringing me back to 1), then I Blade of Justice (should have brought me back to 3) and mash my Word of Glory for like 5 seconds while nothing happens, only to look at my HP and realize I only had 2.

Is this a known issue???

Yeah i noticed it too

Raid bosses reset your holy power to 1 on entering combat so you don’t look around killing critters for dps. But that shouldn’t happen on BGs.
