Probably graphics capability/bad driver issue. Try the Blizz fix and see if that works.

On the Battle.net app, click the gear icon near the “Play” button Click on Game Settings Activate the checkbox for “Additional command line arguments” Enter -compat in the command line argument field Click done At this point please try the game again
