Seems like glimmer with blessed focus talent proc only one from divine toll and not from every holy shock it cast. Which makes divine toll feels more like 1 holy shock with cleave healing rather 5 holy shock.
Given that blessed focus is underwhelming and never picked if i’m not mistaken, can we have glimmer procing from every holy shock from divine toll or will it be too strong in any form of content.
