Blessing of Wisdom broken?

Hello,

I think blessing of wisdom is broken,

if i use improved wisdom the buff (top right) says the exact same thing as regular wisdom, wich is 25 mana per second.

However if im using extended character stats, it show me that with non improved > ret spec, i get 38 mana per second, and WITH imp, im getting 25 mana per second.

On top of that, the tooltip of the spell itself says 30 mana per second.

Seems to me that something is not working as it should… anyone with a clarification about this one?

Tooltips that you see on your buff bar (top right corner by default) are broken in Vanilla and are not accurately accounting for your talent upgrades.

That might be, but its weird that also the extended character stats show different values…

I still dont see how this is working correctly.
