does it ever broke for you while being damaged?
right now it seems to work more like a stun instead of blind
Targets in a cone in front of you are blinded, causing them to wander disoriented for 5 sec.
it breaks from any dmg that is not FROST
so since FROST Dks dmg is mostly FROST, well it does not tend to break. Even Obliterate is frost dmg during their burst and so is skillstreak etc.
same as ret pala can delete you in a blinding light if they don’t auto attack it is basically a 6s stun since all their dmg is holy

which does not exclude frost from it, in other words - frost dmg should break it
cannot check right now, but I am very certain the tooltip says other dmg than frost will break it
It can break from Frost damage as well, but it doesn’t break from damage 100% of the time. It -may- break from damage, it’s not guaranteed.
well it diesnt really say something like this like it says in blindign light for holy paladin.
Therfore a disorient like this is the same as Blind fromr rogues or Dragonsbreath from mage. Should instantly break on dmg.

For Dragon’s Breath the damage is guaranteed to break the effect. For Blinding Light all damage except holy will break the effect while holy won’t. For Blinding Sleet all damage may break the effect but it’s not guaranteed. All 3 work differently.

well seems like not standing in the tooltip that it breaks on dmg is enough to tell why^^

so yea i was wrong, it MAY break on any dmg or it MAY break on nothing.
sometimes indeed doesn’t break while you are taking for dmg.
Lol i have ww/war and dk killing me through sleet, Never breaks.
Working as fear, damage CAN stop effect. Everyone like 2 HB into warlock fear and die? Enjoy the same.

waht is HB? If its Chaosbolt, well it breaks when you get the hit. But im Aff, i do rot dmg, so there its not the same
As others have pointed out - damage MAY cancel the effect.
Sometimes I get to do several hits, other times it breaks instantly, it is random. That’s why FDK normally follow up with a Frostwyrm stun when they apply Chillstreak.
This is wrong. This is how Ret Paladins Blind works and it doesn’t break from Frost Damage. Frost DK Blind can break on anything but apparently has really small chance.
It breaks on damage that includes frost damage aswell dont know how much damage it requires to break.
That is on Paladin blind (Holy damage) not on DK.
It breaks after about 3.5k damage / 10% hp, won’t break on dk dot/remourseless, always breaks on obliterate and always on frost strike crit, rarely on FS non-crit.
Those were my last observations.
If anyone wants to test, we can do a few wargames.
