Ok, so so far the last 4-5 days… not only so many players have issues with lags and servers and whatever rerouting to US and blah blah blah contracts and whatever terms we polishing this horrible experience, today at the ORB game I had lag, logged out and in and fixed the problem, NO OTHER BG mind you, just the ORB game and the game freeze when it was ready to take me to another bg, waited… and logged out and then in and I got deserter. I cannot go inside the game.
I don’t think Blizzard understand I AM A CUSTOMER! not only your buggy game have cost me MMR and rating, not only it has cost me other players harassing me and reporting me, now Im getting a deserter and the players will lose the game.
As a customer, if this means anything to you, either give ALL OF US a refund or restore our points and ratings and MMR.
This is not at home gaming that doesn’t effect other HUMAN BEINGS who PAY for this, it effects many people and their rating and their psychology.
Please fix this getting locked out of the battleground issue, when the game freezes what can I do? this is the second time it has happen to me. It has happen before.
Change the settings, DO SOMETHING.
We put effort and lot of time on this game, it effects our psychology, you cannot just has settings that I cannot log in to the bg.
You have plenty of money, FIX IT!
With all the money I have given you all those years, I can buy a Burberry jacket and show off to society, I can buy Gianmarco Lorenzi boots and show off to society.
If I go to one of those stores and buy such luxury, I will have VIP treatment, I didn’t knew in WOW you are VUP (very unimportant person).
Fix your issues and bugs.
