You need to pee every 3-5 minutes? Sorry to hear you have problems 
There shouldn’t be any q syncing possible at all. The system should be designed so that it is just plain impossible to do intentionally.
Wintrading should be punished as you stated if the same people, and by pure luck, meet in the same game on opposing teams and work in favor of each other.

Also… if someone leave the game the match should be ended. The others in the team should not get/lose any points… In my last 10 games 3 times someone left in the first 10 seconds. Just came out from a game where our warrior did 1 stormbolt and then left the game… It’s impossible to win a blitz in 7v8 on most maps.
And some may wonder why people don’t want to play blitz and why the queue times are 20-30 min…
I spent just today at least 45 min in queue to enjoy a DRAW arathi and this silvershard where someone left at start.

Either that, or the match should be paused until a replacement has joined.
