Bliz where are the outlaw changes for 11.1?

Oh again there are no outlaw and rogue changes. Oh again all classes can do better than any rogue spec cool. Let’s see the usual changes:

1 week into live 11.1: outlaw: ALL DAMAGE INCREASE 15%

2 weeks into live 11.1: outlaw: ALL DAMAGE INCREASE 25%

3 weeks into live 11.1: outlaw: EVISCERATE DAMAGE INCREASED 6%. HOOK NOW HAS 52 charges

GET A GRIP PLAY ALL THE THE DAMN CLASSES AND NOT 1/3 of them . You are doing a BAD job AGAIN and worse you don’t even read the forums except those of the hunters
