If 1 trait can generate to healing of a healer even if he is healing his partner when enemy switch on him shouldn’t ever be the case.
Gust of Wind? I’m not sure about it. I think they should revert Earthen Wall nerf and nerf GW talent. Removing 1 stack of Riptide already did the thing. 1 strong CD a minute that you’d rather use for yourself in the current meta wouldn’t be a huge deal compared to this broken healing.
On the other hand you can still die to RMPala in one go with 3 of these traits even with no Klepto.
