Is it just for me or is the Blizzard raid frames bugged? Like when someone stands next to me they are grayed out like they are to far away from me and vice versa..

yeah, not only bugged, but also if they are grayed out you don’t get benefits from them like you don’t get the Paladin Aura from them. I feel also totems doesn’t work.
