instead of incentivizing healers to wna heal. just forget about them and create a new solo 2v2 rated ques( possibly a shuffled version ) we dont need healers there, if u wna heal u get the standard 3v3 solo shuffle. 2v2 rated exists anyway why not shuffle that too as dps only. that would be interesting. each game has 3 rounds, either you get cr or lose cr no 0 cr bullsht. that would solve the current solo shuffle waiting problem in 2 ways:
-suck in the excessive dps into an arena game —> less waiting time for dps to find a game in general
-that would result in a better healer:dps ratio ----> less waiting time for dps to find a game in solo shuffle
i can guarantee insta ques across the board with this method.
also 2v2 requires a higher skill cap to master.
perhaps even unique dps titles etc. can be rewarded.
you know what this looks like? arena skirmish! a healer is always put in 3s, whereas dps can be in either. so just implement that idea but make them two separate ques. or just 1 que and 2 ratings (dps only 2s rating and the standard 3s solo shuffle)
It is very simple… game have alot of mods to play PvP, its supposed to be driven by 7 healers, currently 2 healers are god-tier and viable while others are cannon meat
2 healers alone cannot drive it, and those who are not god tiers not want to be used as source of free wins to god tiers.
For those who gonna defend current situation in game remember one thing: When you wait 50mins you are waiting for healer to click que. House burns but all is allright…
Anyone know whats need to be done yesterday: Either nerf hpals and discs to be like others or buff others to be like them, there shoud be no mercy or hesitation because people unsubing.
the balancing argument is always true! however this is much complicated since the same class shares pvp, bg, raiding, m+ balancing. which is insanely hard to achieve and control. they tried everything to incentivize the healing base(regardless of balance) but that didnt help much. if they fix one thing at a time then they can single out the real balancing problems across each of the different end game “paths”
having said that, i believe its time to include a pvp talent tree instead of just 3 pvp talents to choose from, more like the structure of the new TWW talents but only for pvp. you can do the balancing in there.

I exactly know what im talking about, participation % numbers do not lie, people watch AWC with only 2 viable healers which was shameful for E-Sport game. Same things happen in evryday games.
I know truth is painful, but Hpals and Discs damaged blizzard that no bruto-saur sales coud fix that damage… this circus will cost a millions, unbalanced healers are 90% reason of 50mins que time. Nothing else !

The end… nothing else can fix the issue in PvP this is core of problem.
Healers will que if they are viable, they are kinda sick of playing 3 versus 4 games.
Game lost its driving force and this is healers, because game cannot afford to have 2 healers god tier class and other healers cannon meat.
Blizzard need to drop their meta politics, offcourse there will be always be some classes with are “better” and im ok with that, but make that difference managable, right now difference is not managable specialy when it comes to healer balance. You divided people into paesants and gods, litelary… in one hand you have healer which even someone mom can play, in other hand you have healers which are suposed to kill angel with world destroyer blade with butter knife.
Game must reach state that only skill can get you foward, not playing right class…than people will know if they improved as players, this is way of E-Sport. How is hard to understand cocept: Let the better win, blizzard? Than people will worship AWC players like PvP gods, right now people see upon them as meta abusers, which is very bad… But what you can expect when you have only 2 viable healers on AWC? Thats shameful and unacceptable.
It is very simple once all 7 healers are viable evrything will be instantly revived from que times to number of teams in LFG… NOTHING ELSE CAN SALVAGE SITUATION. there is no other way around.
