Got me logging back on for some reason.
I guess I just needed a break from endgame, though it makes no sense that faster leveling would tempt me in that case. I guess I’m easy to trick.

That line does not work with everything. Try to learn some new one liners. Yes I don’t like excessive grinding where I have to do the same content over and over just to gear a character up in able to enjoy PvP. Go talk to any PvP player and ask them what they think of the fact that BFA removed PvP vendors and forces to grind PvE content in order to be geared for PvP!? You go to weird parties. No I will definitely not be fun at your parties!
As long as Masterloot is gone, you will not get PvP vendors back. Blizz is not going to give one part of the community a way to deterministically target single loot pieces while the other part can’t even trade the loot they got from RNGsus without restrictions.
I’m leveling another mage to fight corruption RNG. Nivmie has 2x infinite stars or infinite stars + mind flay for most raid encounters but I feel like NivmieJr will get all the r3 mastery corruption. Lvl 50 atm B)

'aight, leveling done. my starting position is Ilvl 251, 86.4k hp as prot. As far as I’m concearned, I’m good to go
I got bored of questing as Horde, so no new DK. Made it to 113 (levelling is quick tho), so I will stick to a DK in heirlooms, who may have small ilevel edge over 251, but is still less than new boosted 120s.
But if I’ll wait for ellipsis I might get the Horde dk 120 too - once I am done with my meal and go back questing (as its quick with 42-55k exp per quests).
Seriously Blizzard? Though I do appreciate this for some of my alts that really need leveling, others I just want to enjoy playing without leveling too fast. How about an opt-out on the chars that have to be put on hold until this is over?

you’re questing? took me 7 dungeons to gain 6 levels why bother with questing^^
The exp buff pushed me into being motivated 
it’s so much faster. If only it was this fast by default.
I was cooking and other things that required focus off-game. I dont afk in dungeons. Its a rule 
I am 4 dungeons short of new orc 120 dk. 
Atleast you be able to exp a whole expansion then!
Only to hit max lvl and have some random NPC tell you that they remember you from a time (expansion) you didnt even play 
/point at the NPC you summon to Zandalar (intro quest), that portal master from Suramar says “well hello again!” even tho my alts have never unlocked those suramar quest
So, with that logic, the story just goes on, even if you wasent part of it.
Hmm, gonna be damn wierd for new player tho, who have no idea who those NPC are, so, in that case, ofc its bad.
But, for ppl who have exp the same story 50 time, it get “bored” with nothing new to do, only new part is “how you do the quest this time”, will you pull 10 mobs or 20 mobs…what can the class / race combo do that the other class / race combo cant ect.
Haven’t gone through the thread yet so don’t know if anyone suggested it… but contact a Gamemaster, they should be able to pause your subscription. I’m sure if you explain the situation most of them will help you out.

But I think its pretty awesome of Blizzard to give people something to do while in isolation.
Each WB drops a 445 ring and either an azerite piece or another slot (leg for plate for instance)
I had a care package already prepped for this, cost me about 150k. Justification being that’s about how much it would have cost to boost the char to 120 if we didn’t have the XP event.
Spoiler they won’t and the orc is trolling. Unless all his rng were blessed
Had the idea to get rid of the buff, though i suppose just freezing the game time would work as well. Assuming it works since it’s not a subscription, but just game time which doesn’t renew automatically.
Still, they could have easily fixed it with an on-use item, instead of making me quit the game all together.
