Blizzard Agent went to sleep

Hey there i am getting since days that massage from the Blizz launcher, Blizzard Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up: BLZBNTBNA0000005

since i need to update my game/reinstall on a second device it would be help full if the launcher would work i tryed several things that i found on the forums, like disable firewall, reinstall, disable antivirus, update windows and all drivers

is there any other solution? or maybe a other way to install wow without the launcher?

Don’t worry, this can be fixed pretty easily and Agent can be woken again ^^

First thing to try is deleting the Battle.net Cache and Files
If that doesn’t help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app :slight_smile:
