Blizzard and tunning?

Can somebody explain me how tunning process is going ?
Tank break down of the top 100
Warrior: 47
Paladin: 22
Vdh: 15
Druid: 11
Bdk: 3
Monk: 2

Bdk recieve a lot of nerfs. Damage and survibility. From wensday we getting a little bit buff, but still its not enough to be competitive. When blizz release that bdk needs more love ?

No worry with the recent prot pala buffs we are back in season 1 DF all paladins. Every day its more and more pink. Its just ridiculous what they are doing. A complete clownshow. DK was garbage also in shadowlands but was carried by broken set but the toolkit was even worse than now. Blizzard is pathetic at tuning bdk.
