I used to have a Authenticator key ever since they came out . The battery run out and I have been told by customer support I have to download Blizzard Mobile Authenticator .
Now I do not use or have a mobile and I do not want one . So thanks wow for putting my account at risk or is they a way round this that it can be used on a pc.
If not then it looks to me that wow is prejudice to people that do not use mobile phones.
Blizzard no longer make physical authenticators. You might be able to find one on eBay but theres no guarantee it will be for your region AND be unused.
Mobile authenticators are the way forward, I am afraid.
