Blizzard closing office in Versailles, France

Its 1 in france and 2 in NL (1 for russian servers which are in NL and 1 for everything else).

historically alot of these servers were in Frankfurt, and only the Russian servers were in Amsterdam, if the non-Russian centre still are, its hard to tell but at first glance it seems like everything moved to NL, though that data centre might still be in frankfurt its really hard to tell.

The Paris centre is def in Paris though. Blizzard also had offices in the hague NL before and shuttered those last year.

The RP servers are in the same Paris data centre as the other servers but they are seperated ingame for CRZ purposes because RP servers follow different sharding rules. but yeah that wowwiki page is woefully outdated.

You mean Rich Campbell? I’m not surprised considering he very often would talk about how bad the game was in a derogatory fashion during his twitch streams. I wouldn’t hire someone who is prone to bashing my product on a regular basis.

I mean that’s not really news by now
that they can make things worse.
They seem to make a lot of weird statements - or silence instead of statements.

Bobby: does it cost money to have the office in france running?
Blizz: Yes
Bobby: i cant afford that! shut it down!
