Blizzard EU store shipping from the UK?

Hey all.

Has anyone outside of the UK bought from the EU gear store after Brexit? And did you have any problems/customs duties/delays with your order? I want to buy the Arthas Limited Edition Art Print but I checked delivery and it says “unless stated otherwise all products ship from the UK”. Why have an EU store at all then…?

Because the store was set up before brexit happened.

That was some time ago. Their merchandise is now sold via the Fanatics and there is a EU and US version of the website. There are often more items available in US.

I thought Blizzard had pulled ALL of their merchandise from EU outlets, completely.

It was closed for quite a while, then reopened via Fanatics.

I ordered some clothes from there in Feb but they have not arrived yet. I get an email stating there is a delay every week or so. It also asks me if I wish to have a refund or continue. No idea if it is Brexit related (could just as easily be Covid-19 related) . Items are now due mid May (i’m in the UK btw)

EU is Blizzard terms is Europe not the European Union. We have not left Europe.

I bought something from EU store 5 days ago and everything was fine, but Today I tried to buy same item and they want Duty/Fees from me. Something happened between EU and UK this week?
