without my old characters in it,this account from tbc account last time i play on it 2008,when i enter i didn’t see my 2 old charcters from 2008
When it has been a long while you must actually login the realm you had your characters on to make them appear. If you did and there are not there, refresh the realm list again by creating a dummy level 1 toon.
Also do not forget that in the Blizzard Battle.net app at the WoW “Game version & account” dropdown you must select the correct game license “Live World of Warcraft” and not any of the Classic licenses if it’s the 2008 toons you want.
i enter the correct game version, how i refresh realm i can only switch realms i know and i create dummy level 1
Clear your cookies/cache you can temporarily rename them.
Make sure you did everything here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/8295 also check if it’s in the Undelete character service: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/15312
If it fails contact Blizzard to see where your toons are.
Blizzard do not merge Warcraft accounts so they will be on the one that Blizzard just added to your battle.net account. The one that doesn’t say WoW1 or another number on the end.
ty for all the help,I appreciate it,i got them back,i want to ask you they add the account to my battlenat they didn’t merge it so, why i don’t see all the achivments&transmog from back then?
Hi Dieforday,
If you’ve just recovered an old WOW account and linked it to Battle.net, you may need to login to all your old characters in order to have their mounts/pets and achievements “converted” to the battle.net collection/achievements system.
Try logging through all your characters one at a time and see if this helps
yes,i enter my blood elf pally, but it didn’t gave me all my achivment&transmog,i even done pre-patch back then of tbc ,and noting, I also didn’t found my dwarf character,it only converted me items that on me
Back then there was no achievements. Some of old stuff was given retroactively but you actually needed to have the items. In case of the TBC pre-patch event you need to have the Tabard of the Protector. If you destroyed it at some point you might be able to recover it from the tabard vendors as they can restore some tabards given by quests.
Same for the transmog: you need to have the items in your inventory for them to be collected.
they add achivments and transmog later,if you play back in vanilla the system will know it and will bring you achivments for that, but it didn’t converted me,at all mounts, achivments, transmog, and i play allot back then i done many zones of wow before cataclysm world revamp and the only transmog i got is from my character gear he was wearing
The transmogs and mounts are Battle.net account wide so if you already had learned them in your other WoW account you are not going to get them again so check your transmog collection.
Same applies to mounts, though if you had some old mounts you had not learned you need probably have to manually learn them from the inventory.
i try to say that my mounts and achievements didn’t got “converted”,i don’t know why but it didn’t converted me at all and i done many things in the game+raids and more
Like I said, the transmogs and mounts are battle.net account wide so if your old account was merged to your existing Battle.net account you might have already had them from your newer account. Check that you don’t already have the transmogs in question.
In case of the raid drops: does your character still have the items in inventory or bank? Because if you vendored, disenchanted or destroyed them back in 2008 you won’t get them as transmogs. Only items from quest rewards could be granted retroactively even if you had destroyed the items.
