Hello,
in old Blizzard Gear store I was lucky to order and pay for the 15th anniversary blade server. Up to the migration it was accepted and in “in processing” state (I checked regulary).
Now on new store we are (everybody) unable to login with our BattleNet account.
Right now I have paid to Blizzard for something that I can’t check and I do want that blade.
Is there a procedure how to get info on outstanding orders and their status ?
Or I was just SCAMed by Blizzard (and I believe many more people) !!! ???

just found out that if you go to:
https :// gear . blizzard . com / us / sales / order / history/
- remove spaces
you are able to login with battlenet account and see your orders!
You do realise that Blizzard is a multibillion dollar, blue chip company, listed on stock markets, with many thousands of employees, and not a [west african nation] based Independant company?
They aren’t going to risk multimillion dollar lawsuits by scamming people for a few hundred dollars.
You need to grow up a little and take off the tin-foil hat. All companies will run into problems of some sort occasionally. That doesn’t mean they “scammed” anyone, it just means theres a problem that needs to be fixed.

but from experience you get a faster response just by adding that word in 
still, you have to admit that the transition from old gear store to the new one is bit off and unprofessional ( I am in IT business for 20 years)…

As you have noticed, the Blizzard Gear Store has transitioned to a new platform which means that there is a cut off between orders placed before the 8th October, and those placed after the 8th October.
If anyone else has trouble locating details about their Gear Store orders, you can access the appropriate support links depending on when your order was placed through the Blizzard Gear Store Support page.
