Hi! Atm, I am working hard to try to get my access to my main account that I lost due to security issues. I provide my passport + my driving license with a paper new dated yesterday but it is not OK. Take a look at the accepted documents it is really ridiculous… If I refer to the list of accepted documents the only valid documents are account statements of the month.Did you ever seen a monthly statement Visa or something with a picture of yourself AND also you birth date?I never seen this.Any help pls?

I have had a look here and for us to further assist we will need to verify your ownership with a different method, please provide the following:
A photo of your government issued ID held next to your face, both your face and the ID must be clear.
A photo of your government issued ID on-top of a recently dated public document such as a newspaper, this must be from the last 7 days, the date on the document and your ID must be clear and visible.
And here my answer to that:
Birth certificate or adoption certificate (only for people under age 18) : Iam 37
Marriage certificates : iam not married
Legal name change documents: i never change name
Divorce papers : i never divorce
Death certificates:Iam alive
Utility bill : i will print some documents today but i have never seen a bill of something with my face picture or my birth date on it i dont think it exists.

Hello! So I contacted my sister, she is a lawyer and she told me that the only valid document that I could provide that complies with the list of accepted documents would be a traffic ticket. And luck is with me because unfortunately I got a traffic ticket last week. It has my name, my address, my driver’s license number and even my date of birth. If this document is not accepted, please tell me which document is because i will run out of option…
If they not accepting this one…I dont know what to do.Iam lucky to have such documents atm…The only other UTILITY bill i can provide are some random monthly credit card or house bill but there is no Birth date on this or anything…

your passport and driver license is issued by the goverment and what they are asking for in in the nr 2 option is that you take a picture of that passport or driver license next to a news paper that shows the date within the last 7 days

First they asked me my id then they told me they need to go further so i sent again Dl+passport on a fresh new paper with the BEST quality clarity possible but right after that i seen the link and i seen that passport and DL are not accepted…So the only option from their accepted documents list are Utility Bill…So today i will print some.But meanwhile i send i traffic ticket i got last week with all the requests info on it so if they don’t accept that i dont know what ro do…
I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues recovering your account, though I’m afraid it’s not something we can help with over the forums.
From experience though, this kind of verification would only be requested for heavily disputed accounts where more than one party is able to provide normal verification, and so I’d recommend you avoid posting details about the situation publicly.
Please do continue to work directly with support though, and I hope the matter can still be resolved in the end!
