They took away alot of the % dmg increase stuff and changed it (which is a good thing tbh). So now warrior is no longer god tier dps and has to walk among other mortals.

I always wanted Field Medic Warriors.

Slapping people awake (revive)
Screaming at people to snap out of it (debuff on physical and mental debilitations)
Throwing potions in peoples faces (healing)

Ah… Oh well…

hope all warriors quit. np. go play era if you wanna be the only viable dps in raids.

2 shouts,a raid defensive cd and the most op aoe stun aka shockwave.

i payed my sub just to find out my spec melee hunter is getting hard nerfed again making raptor strike a 6 second non instant attck while shamans are getting a slight nerf with still having 2 instant attacks on 6 sec cd instant heals for priest lvls of hps totems that make them immune to all cc and ohh yeah will still be top dps with no hybrid tax whatsoever… gg blizz i will never play WoW SoD ever again! keep up the great job

Forgot to mention the AMAZING NERF Rogue got XDDDD how tonedeaf are you u nerf sword rogues when there is literally 0 sword rogues cuz mutilate + poisions kill you before you even need to press eviscerate XDDDDDD

as far as i can tell warriors are getting straight buffs.

  • Fresh Meat: Damaging a target with Bloodthirst has a chance to enrage you, activating abilities which require being enraged and cause you to deal 10% increased damage for 12 seconds. 100% chance to proc on first Bloodthirst hit against a target. 10% chance for subsequent hits against that same target.
  • Sudden Death: Your melee crits have a chance to activate sudden death for 10 seconds. While Sudden Death is active, you may use Execute on any target, and you always have 10 rage remaining after using execute.
  • Shockwave: Cone attack that deals physical damage and stuns all affected enemies for 4 seconds. Requires a Shield and Defensive Stance. 60 sec cooldown.

Other Adjustments

  • Single-Minded Fury no longer increases damage dealt but now increases movement speed by 15% (up from 10%) and reduces threat generated by the Warrior by 10%.
  • Blood Frenzy has been redesigned. Now increases rend damage by 100% and causes Rend to gain increased damage equal to 3% of attack power per tick, and Rend may be used in any stance.
  • Flagellation has been redesigned. Now causes the Warrior to gain Rage from physical damage taken as the warrior was wearing no armor.
  • Rampage has been redesigned. Now instantly increases the Warrior’s attack power by 10% for 30 seconds and no longer stacks or costs rage to activate. Requires being enraged. 2 minute cooldown.
  • Wrecking Crew now causes an enrage effect that lasts 10 seconds and increases damage done by Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst, and Shield slam by 10%.
  • The threat reduction in Gladiator Stance is now 30% (was 10%)
  • Consumed by Rage now activates when exceeding 60 rage and now always lasts 12 seconds regardless of the number of attacks, but no longer grants a damage bonus.
  • The Booming Voice talent now increases Battle Shout duration by 30/60/90/120/150% and reduces its rage cost by 20/40/60/80/100%.
  • Commanding Shout’s rage cost was removed and its duration was increased to 5 minutes.
  • Recklessness now increases critical strike chance by 50% (was 100%) and the duration is reduces to 12 seconds, but the cooldown is reduced to 5 minutes.
  • Retaliation and Shield Wall have had their cooldowns reduced to 5 minutes (was 30 minutes).
  • A new baseline ability has been added from a skill book: Meat Hook
    • Throw out a hooked chain to restrain the target and pull them towards you. Costs 15 rage, 30 yard range, and has a 35 second cooldown. This may not be used on enemies more than 1 level above the Warrior or which are marked as “boss” enemies.

shield wall, retaliation and recklessness cooldown reduced to 5 minutes with a minor tradeoff in power… in fact, retaliation and shield wall didn’t lose a single point of power - only recklessness did.

meathook is literally deathgrip - an ability that has no place in classic (vanilla) wow. honestly, the fact they are just showering warrior in gap closers is becoming ridiculous at this point. you got 2 charges, 3 if we count intervene, and if the target by some miracle gets away you can just hook them back in.
literally inescapable now.

execute being omegabuffed since you can now use it on targets above 20% health if you get a simple proc.

shouts no longer cost you any rage and has their duration more than doubled.
at this point they might as well just make both shouts a permanent aura that affects everyone in the warriors group regardless of distance from him and stop beating around the bush.

wrecking crew straight up buffs your damage on all key abilities.

they even went and buffed rend by adding scaling based off attack power.

Comment: BloodThrist cooldown 6 seconds > 10% proc rate (once every minute for 12s) Not bad but way to random.

Comment: Holy cow dung why? Its to strong. Imagine PVP with this where you just get 1 shoot randomly… IS this to counter SHAMANS???

Comment: Great addition to the game… Should be more for every stance but it is what it is.

Comment: Loosing 10% damage multiplier putting warriors behind other classes…

Comment: Amazing Changes. People have been begging for this for a year now…

Comment: This is the biggest problem of them all. Recklessness makes warriors a unbalanced class. A ability this strong should not be in the game. Where bossfights last 20 seconds you are effectivly doubling your dps. Get rid of recklessness and bring up overall damage so warriors can function like a normal class outside or raiding. Instead of a bum on nose flour for parsing (Recklessness). (I also parse and recklessness is what makes it toxic)

Warriors werent nerfed, their damage has just been changed. It’s just not a ‘stack all my % damage buffs and nuke’ style any more.

We’ll be doing way less damage in 20 second fights, but more damage overall. And honestly? All the ‘increase damage by x%’ runes were stupid anyway, a huge scaling class like warrior didn’t need more percentage based scaling.

Warriors will still deal up to x2 the dps that affliction warlock will do! Even with :wheelchair:

I’m sorry but 30 minutes with a CD shared between each capacity was normal?
Having to make a choice every 30 m between surviving or dps (and getting rammed recklessly)

Are we talking about the dispersion of priests that can be used every 2 minutes with -90% damage?

Blizzard has left the warrior on the sidelines so far, they have given nothing, changed nothing.
I agree with them on one point: the warrior in RAID does not need increased damage BECAUSE there are WORLD BUFFs.
I don’t understand on the other hand what we are going to do with all this rage probably sudden death is there to evacuate the rage.
The hook is just a pure marvel and will finally allow the warrior to punish bad placement in a pvp format.

While numbers are ok, warrior runes stay boring :slightly_frowning_face:
