Blizzard none of your brackets feels rewarding and fun

It’s premades in the epic BGs
It’s premades and groups of coordinated people in random BGs
It’s wintraders and trolls in Blitz games
It’s really hard to find someone to play 3v3 who is going to stay after some losses.
It’s really frustrating playing as a healer in Solo Shuffles.
It’s really imbalanced 2v2.

It doesn’t matter if you do like 2M hps playing whatever, you can either lose or win, nothing actually depends on you most of the times. Yeah, you can say it’s a teamplay game, but actualy it’s a roulette.

Time get friends?

Agree with OP +1

It isn’t fun when people don’t cooperate as a team as it should be and starts bickering on about how we should play whether we’re rushing mindlessly to the enemy boss, who’s strat is best, and not to mention the amount of flaming that aspirant leaders have to endure most of the times, which many people do not talk about! Ladies and Gentlemen, personally, it isn’t a Premade issue, as it is been a core fundamental of the game, it is a player issue.

However I would appreciate the PvP developers to be more vocal about this topic to further disclose the practices of so called ‘Premades and Syncronized Premades’ I still stand with the concept that exclusively to Epic Battlegrounds only, the limitation should be lifted and furthermore allow full-scale grouping to further encourage guilds and communities to play. If people want to play alone, you can simply toggle a solo mode format, at the expense of a longer queue for a more engaging and quality game.

I’m willing to bet that those choosing solo mode would be the ones getting the fast-popping queues and those in the ‘big premades allowed’ mode would be the ones waiting a while for games.

You kind of said it yourself, “a more engaging and quality game”. I think most people would choose that.

But agree with you; would appreciate more comms from Blizz on this. It soooo needs fixing.

I suppose I fall into the ‘aspirant leader’ category in that sometimes I’ll lead groups if no-one else is. I’d say it goes well maybe 60% of the time, so I’m clearly nothing special.

I’ve very rarely been flamed, so disagree with you on how prevalent that is. Same with bickering; usually people seem happy to have someone step up as shotcaller (I suspect because they know it increases their chance of winning).

In my experience the biggest problem is when there are simply too many people either not reading chat and/or not interested in following any calls. Sometimes people in epic bgs just wanna zug zug and that’s fine, just part of the game.

I’ve only seen serious bickering and flaming occur when the person attempting to lead is making a high percentage of terrible calls that experienced players know won’t work and/or is trying to lead in a very aggressive or idiosyncratic way. Only one player falls into that category in my recent experience in the last year or so and I think he, quite rightly, got banned anyway.

For me, solo-leading fellow randos from scratch is just about fun enough for enough of the time that it’s just about worth doing*. Or, to put it in your terms, it’s definitely not a player issue; the one big issue ruining the epic bg experience is still premades.

Edit: also agree with OP +1

*When I’m playing, that is. For me things feel so bad at the moment that I haven’t pvp-ed at all for 2 or 3 months now.

If you enjoy nothing the game offers, the game might not be the problem.

What about the que’s ? I spend 80% of my play time in que rather then actually playing

You even have the queuesync defender in your likes man that says a lot

Weird response to give to ‘queuesync/wintrade is a problem’

Gathering, WQ and social things are all great time fillers.

I don’t control who likes what I say, stop being stupid.

Read OP Again, his scope of complaints is beyond what you said here. The game has a miriad of ways to play, if he can’t enjoy anything I’d wager he plays out of habit, not enjoyment.

I tried to warn you that you might go crazy on this topic… I’m too late…
Dude, you’re watching the likes. That says a lot. :man_facepalming:

I win 14 rating and lose 74 after spending hours in que’s no wonder no1 plays this dead game mode, like what the actual hell ?

About as crazy as people defending queuesyncing I’d say

True I was trying to invite them to take part in the conversation directly, sorry I had to step on you for that and I understand if you dont accept it.

Apologies if you took my post as a personal attack. And if you’re sore enough about it to mention it out-of context on another thread then I suspect that you did.

I’m sorry that you’re having bad experiences when trying to lead solo. That sucks. And yes, for all that I directly disagreed with you when I say that ‘players aren’t the issue’, I know that players in pvp can be viciously thoughtless and mean in what they say.

Our differing experiences when trying to lead could be down to me having thicker skin (perhaps I shrug off the occasional flame that you might find upsetting) but I suspect that maybe it’s down to differing styles. Or perhaps we have differing views on tactics (mine are on the whole very conservative, based on what I’ve seen other leaders do successfully).

To be honest I’d love to help out. Maybe there are tips that we could give each other that would improve our attempts to harness the power of solo randos in epic bgs.

When I start pvping again, which may be pretty soon because I’m getting fed up with writing about pvp here on the forums instead of playing it, I’ll keep an eye out for you and, if you agree here, will give you a /w to say Hi.

Once again, apologies if my post above made you feel bad. That was not my primary intention when I posted but in retrospect its implicit message of ‘hey, maybe it’s you’, was mean-spirited and the kind of low-key everyday bullying that I really don’t like.

Full apologies.

Sorry I got so defensive and called you stupid, that was out of line. I won’t edit it however, so I can learn from it by leaving it as a reminder.

I used to enjoy the game though, started playing back in the TBC.

I forgot to add that
It’s nice to play against 5 mm hunters, it is not even toxic.
It’s nice that to play the game you actually have to wait almost in every bracket for at least 5 minutes.

It’s time to learn English and stop being a clown.

i can accept everything under the sign random (even SS and Blitz go under that sign ) …

This , is not really 5 mins… it’s play healer or get 30 mins.
And all of this happening because people MUST have a healer on their back to play.
They should just do allow DPS vs DPS only games. It’s not that they are less balanced than healer games anyway…

bump this thread again

Billzard you ever considered balancing the game before releasing? Retri? Fistweaver? MM hunters? Rogues? DK? Demo warlocks?
I am not even talking about the bugs which are still active. For example, the GY bug.
