after getting some decent ilvl to get into normal raiding with my druid, i got into the dungeon finder tool and the only thing that is to be seen there are boosting communities and people promoting websites selling boosts.
You can really not be this astranged from your own game to realise that these “guild groups”, or “group of friends”, or website selling boosting apes are not of the boosting communities you banned before…
Inside the dungeons finder tool there are over 20 freaking groups selling boosts and not 1 normal group of people looking to form a normal PUG raiding group… Is this really what this game is becoming? facilitating to the boosting communities to earn real money with these boosting advertisement.
It has gotten way out of hand now
As i have said before and also in game with other people who are complaining about the game. The game itself… sure some adjustments needed to be made and Dragonflighte a fine expansion…
But the real killer of the game is the boosting… people are not connecting to form parties to kill bosses, people buy their achievements for raiding + the mount that comes with it. It will take only a few clicks and you dont even have to play!!! these outgeared monkey can do all and it literally takes no effort anymore. No wonder people are not liking the game anymore, they are paying their way through it… pfff really fix this
I report over 100+ per day, but there seems to be only more and more each day so I can only conclude that Blizzard dont give a damn about it as they sell more gold tokens due to the boosting.
Its full up of boosters, pages & pages - just dont use it & play another game or Pet Battles - so I understand that Blizzard wants this as a P2W game so New Blizzard can sell more pixels to bots with stolen bank cards
I also keep on reporting, see nothing is changing…
This is something that ruins the game and the fun.
I am a firm believer that if you take boosting away from the game, people will have to play the game as intended and you won’t get that majority of the people are bored with a patch within a matter of 2-3 weeks, because now they suddenly have to work their A>> of getting into raids, find groups, guilds and so on. Most people wont be able to have full clears or curves within some weeks after new raids come out.
It is also that these super guilds that clear quickly on mythic have a kind of power over Blizzard now, they control eventually timegating and production on new raids
anyways… a much loaded conversation with people that are pro-boosting and the ones against it. All i want to see is when i use the LFD-tool i dont want to see [wts] … go to website … or fast run only 500kk gold… I want to see normal players being able to create groups, join raids, connect with other as what an MMORPG is for. The way things are now will push new players away and hate this awesome game, with a good solid story
While I agree with both you and Puny on the issue of boosting (for different reasons) and also would like boosting to be gone you can’t simply remove it and assume the game’s issues are fixed.
The community has a lot of issues as well which mostly boils down to players of all levels clashing with each other over the most stupid stuff and building a level of resentment which stops them playing with each other in game and setting high standards for access to their groups for content which is sometimes trivial to the majority of players.
