Blizzard please fix this place

Field of Ferocity - an arena where is, for example, NPC named Ceeqa the Peacetaker - this mob kicks players into high …sometimes ( in my playtime ) somebody falls into this trap. The problem of this little place between the wall and the ground is obvious. You cannot summon mount and go out of that. You need to use HS, jump to another guy’s mount, or just unstuck because u don’t have any other chance to go out. Please make this wrong repaired.
There is screenshot of problematic place - just wrote https:// before it:

You can report bugs in game, you won’t get a reply but it will go to the right people.

Getting stuck does indeed sound like something they need to fix.

It leads me to this site.

Don’t worry, that article confuses many and I have given up trying to get them to change the wording.

The US forum has a bug report forum, the EU one does not. You can post on the US account however you will first need to create a US starter account on your existing battle net then create a character on it and level to 10, you will then have posting rights here:-

Bug reports for the EU are posted in game as explained in the FAQ that also tells you about the US bug report forum, which technically you can post on if you are prepared to jump through the hoops.

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

I already get know Blizzard about a bug here. I don’t care if they will read it or not. It’s not my problem. I did what the support button lead me to do on the website where i was after click on a bug report in-game.

If you don’t want to report that issue it’s your prerogative ofc but

World of Warcraft

Before You Report

Try checking Wowhead for any skill, quest, item, or NPC involved in the problem, and check the top-rated comments. You may find helpful instructions from other players about the issue, along with potential solutions/workarounds to known issues.

Reporting through the Support Site

If you encounter a bug, you can report it on our World of Warcraft® Bug Report Forum. Submissions posted there have the benefit of allowing a community discussion around high-impact bugs, which can occasionally help in prioritizing them.

In-Game Bug Report

Bug reports can also be filed in-game in World of Warcraft®. Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.

To report a bug in-game:

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

Restoration Requests

If a loss of in-game property occurred in World of Warcraft as the result of the bug you are reporting, please submit a ticket to request restoration. While every effort will be made to verify and correct any loss experienced, restoration cannot be guaranteed.

I’ve explained how it works, I can’t do more than that

Hopefully enough others who suffer the bug will report it and you’ll reap the rewards. If it’s a common enough issue there will usually be many reports.

Bug reporting in game looks like this:-
